Offset on the Huamei floor — the materials, the use cases, the operational details.
What it is.
i.Eight-colour Heidelberg XL 106, ISO 12647-2 colour-managed, ΔE ≤ 2. The press floor's main vehicle — every box that carries a printed graphic, a photograph, or a Pantone-matched brand colour passes through it. Plate-making is in-house; we cut new plates per job.
Four colours are CMYK; the remaining four are reserved for Pantone spots, white, varnish, or speciality inks — metallic, soy, low-migration food-safe. We proof on contract paper at GMG-certified accuracy before press.
Minimum 1,000 for offset; digital short-run fills below that. The press is most efficient at 5,000–80,000 units. Soy inks are house standard; petroleum on request only.
